1. Select Orders history from menu at the bottom of our site's page. Or click here. (You will need to be logged in.)
2. Search for the order you would like to create a return request for.
3. Click on its number or status, and the Order details page opens.
4. Scroll down to the Create return request form.
5. Select the product(s) you want to return.
6. Select the reason for returning.
7. Select the action you would like the store administration to do for you.
8. Leave your comments, if necessary.
9. Click on Create form.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 35 days from the order date, in original condition with all tags intact, for replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund. Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging (for example, items that were shipped in a box need to be returned the same way). By law, intimate apparel such as panties, thongs, g-strings, micro thongs, swimsuits cannot be returned once it has been tried on or worn. Returned items will be reviewed before a credit is issued.
In lieu of going online to create a return request, you may call us @ 800-317-1462 or e-mail us @ Contact@G-StringBoutique.com immediately to let us know of your return, exchange and reason. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via e-mail. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA# and reason for return. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the fault of G-StringBoutique. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order # to expedite processing of your credit card. A 15 % processing fee per item is applied to all returns and cancellations. (In the event that the return is due to our error or faulty craftmanship this fee will be waived).
Returns for Damaged Goods:
Note: This same policy and procedure (for damaged goods) applies if a return is due to a shipping error or fault of G-StringBoutique.
