G-StringBoutique ships around the world and offers the best in shipping options available! The information below is designed to provide you with our policies, times of day of ordering vs. shipping and information on the shippers we use. We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12 noon EST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive as this is only under the control of the shipper. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by G-StringBoutique or other parties (USPS, FedEx, UPS) only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
When your order ships, G-StringBoutique will email to you a tracking number that will link directly to your selected shipping method and from there it will provide you with the status of your shipment. You may also use that tracking number on our site (Parcel tracking) in the left navigation area to track your package.
Your package will be shipped privately and discretely. The return address will be labeled with our company name - K&R Sales. If you have any additional shipping requests, please enter that information in the "instructions" section at checkout.
